Integrity Homes offers three distinct product lines -- General Housing (GHC), Heckaman Homes and Manufactured Housing Enterprises (MHE). General Housing and Heckaman Homes offer only Michigan modular homes. MHE offers both HUD and modular homes. All three manufacturers offer dozens of floor plans to choose from. All three can offer customization to some degree. A higher degree of customization is possible with General Housing and Heckaman. Integrity Homes is owned and operated by the Briggs family of Sanford, Michigan. The Briggs family has spent their lives and careers in various aspects of commercial and residential construction. They have owned businesses in excavation, poured concrete walls, redi-mix concrete, landscape supply, new home construction, land development and modular and manufactured housing. They have over 40 years of experience in the industry and are multi-generational which gives them the ability to relate to customers at all stages in life. However, all the experience in the world is meaningless if it is not found in combination with character you can trust.

The Briggs family is a Christian family whose commitment to Jesus Christ is central in their lives and in their businesses. Gary Briggs purposely and thoughtfully selected the name "Integrity Homes" because he had a vision of the way the company would run. Our name holds us to high standards; our faith gives us a high calling. Our name, faith and experience should give you a high degree of confidence in our ability to exceed your expectations.

Our Staff

Melissa Carroll Melissa has been on the Integrity team since 2005. Missy is no stranger to residential construction. She and her husband have owned and operated an excavation contracting business for the past 23 years. They have also constructed and sold several site built and modular homes. Her strong construction background helps Missy relate to customers, work with subcontractors and understand all the various aspects of a new construction project.

Anna Merillat Anna is the member of the Briggs family ownership team who is on-site on a daily basis at Integrity Homes.  Anna previously managed Allied Concrete Products, Inc., a supplier of redi-mix concrete, for nine years and successfully lead that company to ISO 9001:2000 certification.  She has also been active in the family’s aggregate crushing, portable redi-mix, excavation and real estate development ventures.   Anna worked ten years for Dow Chemical before joining her family’s business.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.
